Rafael Coimbra de Medeiros is a lawyer and mediator whose practice focuses on real estate law, asset, succession, and contractual matters, as well as out-of-court solutions. His professional background includes experience in registry-office work and real estate development, providing a practical perspective on property regularization, document structuring, and legal risk prevention.

He is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure at the Alagoas State School for the Judiciary and has completed Judicial Mediation training with NUPEMEC/TJAL. In his work, he combines legal knowledge, planning, and consensual solutions to address asset and business matters with care, clarity, and attention to the circumstances of each case.

Vitor Laurindo Sivini Angelo is a lawyer registered with the Alagoas Bar Association under number 19,753 and holds a Master's degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). His practice has a strong foundation in tax advisory and litigation, including the legal management of tax liabilities and administrative and judicial proceedings.

He has direct experience in proceedings and negotiations before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and the Office of the Attorney General for the National Treasury (PGFN), reviewing legal alternatives applicable to tax obligations and their effects on business operations. In addition to tax law, he works on contractual matters, civil procedure, asset management, corporate and business matters, and consumer relations.
